Kayla Mae Trumble was a contestant in the Ambassador Programme
at the 152nd edition of the Sutton Fair in August of 2007. Family and friends
from her home on Georgina Island First Nation and from Sutton, Ontario
all attended in support of her ambition. Kayla
Mae was a stunning competitor
and dazzled the crowd with her charm, poise and beauty. Her clear, resonant
voice
was filled with confidence and captivated her audience as she spoke of her life
living
on "the island", growing up and going to school on the south shore
of beautiful
Lake Simcoe, and of her plans for her future as a massage therapist and a model.
